a technical support request initiated by a customer or suspected Terms of Use violation
or as may be required by law. Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may

No auditing of customer communicationsWe do not monitor the content
of any calls made or received by our customers.
Electronic/physical mailing addressesTeleSEQ requires a valid, working
email address after the account is set up to send details of account information,
including account username and password. You may send a request to support@teleseq.com.au
if you do not wish to receive any further communications from us after completion
of the installation process. However, this may restrict our ability to provide you with technical
support.
Secure connectionWe offer the use of a secure server and operate secure
data networks that are designed to protect your privacy and security. All sensitive/credit

into our payment gateway providers’ database only accessible by those authorised
